On 28th February 2019, the hugely successful metal band, Slipknot release a new website which has left fans in some confusion.
On the website www.wearenotyourkind.com, it features a compass and a countdown timer at the top of the page.
The website asks to share your location so it can determine where exactly you are. Once done, it gives you a date based on your location.
In the United Kingdom most viewers are receiving 8.9.19 which is 9th August 2019.
However, other viewers are receiving exact locations which are mostly venues.
We believe this may be where Slipknot is playing locally to them next.
Some people are also 'unlocking a pre-sale code' which allows them to have priority access to tickets to any venue that Slipknot is playing near them.
The countdown clock which at the time of writing this article says 3 days, 6 hours, 7 minutes and 7 seconds.
The date this countdown stops is on 4th March 2019.
Many of us do not know what this means but here are some rumours:
The last time Slipknot released any important information about there new album is when they dropped there first single "All Out Life" in October 2018 as well as hints and rumours from other band members on social media.
Check out the website for yourself and tell us what you get in the comments below or on our social media!
