Unearthed Music, an artist management company created by Liam Barlow, has announced a fundraising campaign to help raise money for United Help Ukraine via Facebook.
United Help Ukraine is a non-profit charitable organization receiving and distributing donations, food and medical supplies to Ukrainian IDPs (internally displaced people), people of Ukraine affected by Russia's invasion into Eastern Ukraine and annexation of Crimea, families of wounded or killed for freedom and independence of Ukraine.
Russia launched a large scale invasion on 24th February 2022. More than 360,000 people have fled Ukraine to protect their families whilst many stay behind to fight to defend their country. Hundreds of people have been killed or injured during this invasion and desperately need assistance from outside of Ukraine.
As of 28th February 2022 16:54 (UK Time) the UN has confirmed over 500,000 people have fled the country.
Protests have been triggered all around the world, including inside of Russia. No one knows exactly why this invasion has been launched or what Vladimir Putin's true intentions are, but what we do know is people need assistance & this war needs to end.
By donating a minimum of £5 to Unearthed Music's campaign, you will be entered into a competition to win a bundle of merch.
